Delete your account

You can delete your Hold account and all associated data at any time. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

From the app

• Open Settings in the app
• Choose Account → Delete account
• Confirm — your account and data are removed immediately

By email

If you can't access the app, email support@spendable.app from the address associated with your account with the subject "Account deletion request". We will process the deletion within 30 days and confirm by email.

What gets deleted

• Your account and sign-in credentials
• All transactions, accounts, budgets, goals, and categories
• Receipt images and AI-generated insights
• Your membership in any households (shared data you created is removed)

Active subscriptions must be cancelled separately through the App Store or Google Play — deleting your account does not cancel a store subscription.
