Hold ("we", "us") is operated by Weboria. This policy explains what data the Hold app collects, why, and how you stay in control.

What we collect

• Account data: your email address and authentication credentials (managed by Supabase Auth, including sign-in via Google, Apple, or Facebook if you choose them).
• Financial data you enter: transactions, accounts, budgets, goals, and categories you create in the app. We do not connect to your bank.
• Receipt images: if you use receipt scanning, the photo is processed to extract transaction details.
• Purchase data: subscription status is processed by RevenueCat and the app stores (Apple/Google) to manage Premium.

How your data is stored

Your data is stored locally on your device in encrypted storage and synced to our backend (Supabase) over encrypted connections (TLS). Local caches are encrypted at rest.

What we never do

• We never sell your personal or financial data.
• We never show third-party advertising.

Sharing within households

If you join a household, budgets and transactions you mark as household-visible are shared with that household's members. You can leave a household at any time.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time. See Delete Account for the deletion process. Depending on where you live (e.g. the EU/EEA under GDPR), you may have additional rights to access, rectify, or port your data — contact us to exercise them.
